Are you Bonnie Tyler’s answer to a night of tossing and turning?
Or maybe you’re small and green with a talent for collecting the screams of children?

That decision we’ll leave up to you while we offer you the stage and an audience to perform at our 3rd monologue night of 2018!!

This monologue night the theme will be “Heroes and Monsters” in tune with our summer production. With a monologue of your choice, you’re gonna take the stage, in Flannery’s pub and show us what you’re capable of!

We’re delighted to present our next monologue night, Monday, 6 November,  the second night under the wings of the fantastic Lesley-Ann Reilly.

This monologue night the theme will be “Spooky”.
So whatever paranormal devilishness turns you on, you’ve got a few weeks to muster and channel it all into a monologue of your choice.

No Drama Monologue Night

Got an inner villain you’d like to give voice to?

This is your chance to release it with our next No Drama Monologue night.

Our theme is CRIME so come on you Charming cons, verbose villains and jazzy jailbirds!

Got an idea for a monologue but not sure how to go about doing it? Whether it’s a 2 minute or ten minute piece, this is a great opportunity to deliver it and build up confidence in your speaking/ performance skills.

Monologue Night

Monday means monologues! The 19th night sees some of No Drama’s finest take to the lower floor of The Black Sheep of Capel Street, to indulge in some solo action for your viewing pleasure! A great night of entertainment for all and an excellent chance for our members to practice their stagecraft in a relaxed setting and hosted by the uniquely talented Shivvy Hickey, it is guaranteed to be 64% more fun that crashing on your couch to watch Netlfix for the night!

Doors at 7.00 PM, show starts at 7.30 PM sharp! Entree: €5,-

Monologue Night

There are still a few places available for the next No Drama Monologue Night on Monday 7th November in the Black Sheep.

The No Drama Monologue Night is a great way to get yourself comfortable with being on stage.

We also arrange a day of rehearsal where you will be guided by your fellow performers and given directions to help your performance.

For anyone who wants to get experience prior to any upcoming auditions or before the Shindig (bi-annual showcase night) recruitment season starts, this is the perfect way to get valuable experience and get your name out there.

This is an event for all No Drama members, new and experienced (Not old; the writer of this e-zine has an upcoming birthday and is not happy about the word old bein bandied about the place) members to try their hand at performing a monologue.
