The workshop will focus on braving the stage!

We will talk specifically about those moments before you go on stage, and hopefully help you to find some tools that might work for you.

We’ll ask the questions:

Whats the worst that can happen?
What can you do to manage nerves?

And we’ll run some exercises with the answers in mind!
