Are you an aspiring director? Looking to brush up on your directing skills, while learning the ins and outs of what goes on behind the scenes of a main No Drama production?

Then we have the role for you!

We are looking for an Assistant Director for our 2025 Summer Production!

What do we need from you?

You will work alongside the Director, Theo Dennis, bringing the play to life and helping to ensure it is a success!

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, passionate and eager to learn! This is a challenging role, which involves multitasking and coordinating many moving parts, so we need someone who is up for the challenge! Past experience is desired but not essential.

We are also looking for someone who is interested in directing their own No Drama production in the future, to put all this experience to good use!

Finally, you need to be available for show week (29th June – 5th July) and for regular rehearsals up to then!

What’s in it for you?

You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in bringing to life a main production. You will work alongside and learn from an experienced director and a wide range of actors and behind the scenes crew, getting a 360° behind-the-scenes experience of a main production!

Once you have been an Assistant Director for one of our main productions, you will also become eligible to be one of our future main production directors!
