This specialised workshop is taking place on Saturday April 10th from 11 – 5pm.

The cost is 20 euros for monthly paid up members and 30 for non-members.
The contents are:
Morning- this will focus on pure techniques and revisit quickly the slaps, punches and hair/ear pulling and move to the kicks and in distance punch head butt, head smashin, hip throws and fall etc. from the previous workshop. This is also to update those who were not at that workshop.

Lunchtime = around 1pm.

Afternoon – Scene adaption – either a scene or improv working in the techniques and the group will then put together a choreography.
