Theatre, Dance, Horror-ish Music video to song: Blood//water by grandson !
For a short project, NDT Intern Yara Smit is looking for:
2 Main actors/dancers (preferably men, but can easily be genderbend as well)
4 Ensemble dancers (not gender specific)
1 Camera operator/ Light technician on the shoot day
Trigger warning for the content of the music video
There will be fake blood and (fake and safe) physical violence, specifically with 1 of the 2 main actors.
- You don’t need years of dancing experience, but the song is fast and intense, so the choreo will follow.
- On the shoot day there will be fake blood on set and on the actors/ dancers
- This is optional, but there is an idea to work with colored eye contacts. This is not stuck in stone yet tho.
The performance to the song we’ll be made with acting and dance choreo like it would be on stage, only with shots/ transitions that can’t be easily pulled off without a camera and are more music video oriented instead of theatreplay. The video would eventually be shot at an actual stage with light tech in (hopefully) one shoot day!
