Are you an aspiring No Drama Theatre director? Want to put your directing skills to the test, with a view to one day directing your own No Drama production?

We are looking for an Assistant Director for our 2024 Summer Production!

What do we need from you?

You will work alongside our Director, Shivvy Hickey, bringing her vision to life and helping to ensure the production is a success! We are looking for someone who is organised, passionate and eager to learn! This is a challenging role which involves multitasking and coordinating many aspects of the show, so we need someone who is up for the challenge! Past experience is desired but not essential.

We are also looking for someone who is keen to direct their own No Drama production in the future, and put this experience to good use!!

Finally, you need to be available for show week (9th-15th June 2024) and for regular rehearsals between now and then!

What’s in it for you?

You will have the opportunity to be a central part of bringing to life a No Drama production. You will work alongside an experienced Director, learning the ropes of directing a main production, and a wide range of actors and behind the scenes folks, getting a full 360° view of the inner workings of a main production!

Once you have been an Assistant Director for one of our main productions, you also become eligible to be one of our future Directors!!!
