Our first workshop will be facilitated by No Drama veteran, Kate Cosgrave.
“Building from neutral”
In this workshop, we’ll break down the fundamentals of different movement forces to find building blocks for creating a character’s physicality, bring ourselves into neutral and explore the power and possibility of what we can let the audience read from doing “the least possible” with our bodies.
Note from Kate: wear comfy clothes and keep it simple because we shall be moving!
