We’ve produced two documents which we’re hoping to ratify at our AGM (likely July) we present them here for comment

p.s. we’ve had some debate over the term Mission Statement (while it’s absolutely accurate, it doesn’t quite feel punk enough!) feel free to suggest an alternative!
No Drama workshops are back from tomorrow.
The workshop is entitled “Scene Creation 101”. For anyone new to acting or looking to join an awesomely amazingly brilliant Drama Group this is the ideal opportunity. And to all our current members, you know how much fun the first workshop of the year is so get yourself down!
Workshops take place 7 PM every Tuesday at CBS school Synge Street. First timers get in for free so no excuse to not give it a go!

We’re finished up for the festive period, after a very successful Shindig and Theatre Lovett workshop (and of course our wonderful Chalk Garden!).
On January 6th We will return with the first of our new year regular workshops, New members welcome (as usual!)

15th is the Playground performance, POSTPONED until January.
16th is a special workshop. Louis from the fabulous will be running a workshop for us entitled “Playing for your audience”

This workshop will run from 7pm sharp through to 10pm and places are limited. If you are interested in taking part (and know you can make it) send an email with the subject ‘Lovett workshop’ to email@example.com.
For all those who don’t make the Lovett workshop, don’t worry, there will be a second workshop running in parallel.
Workshops have been back for a couple of weeks now so it’s time to turn our attentions to the summer production in may. Dates are TBC, but we are assembling our team now. Dave McGowan (aka yours truly) will be producing the Play.
To that end we are looking for submissions for
– Asst. Director
– Production Manager
*previous experience required.

For any Enquiries about the production you can email us at the same address ( feel free to register your interest for crew roles,auditions or just to volunteer).
Once we have the production team heads together we will quickly move to auditions. Watch this space.
Workshops returned last week, great to have everyone back after the break. We announced a few things which we’re sharing here now.
– We’re looking for submissions for Director, Production Manager and Assistant Director for our November Production
– We’re introducing a few changes to the way workshops are run to ensure everyone gets the most out of them including split workshops and re-introducing specialised workshops.
– There’s now a submission form for your suggestions to no drama (there’s also a permanent link at the top of the site)

After the excitement of the five year anniversary bash, we’re on our holidays for the summer. I leave you with an example of the creativity the group inspires!
We’re returning from our summer break for the first workshop of the second half of the year on the 13th of August 7pm in Synge st. CBS.
Our run of ” The Man from Earth” is over, the last pieces of the set have been removed from the theatre and there’s very little left to do to close it out.
