Have you ever wanted to give more specific movement instructions? Or to be able to break a movement down into the elements that make it up? Or to just have words or names for what you’re doing with those extremities of yours? If you so, then this is the workshop for you. We’ll be diving into a scheme I’ve devised for giving names to 9 different qualities of movement and implementing them into a scene.

Come in comfortable clothes and make sure you’re ready to move. It’ll be a physically and mentally engaging workshop.
