‘Bewegingsfrase – The 12 point system’

Bewegingsfrase, one of my favorite Dutch words and theatre exercises. A string of movements that are made with clear intention of expression and awareness of your surroundings.
This tuesday we will be making bewegingsfrases in steps, adding different qualities and dynamics. Connecting and exploring how to switch between the intention of your movement, and the aesthetic of performance.
In simpler words, we’re MOVING! Can’t wait to see you all!
